Luoyang Shuangrui Wanji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned enterprise specializing in the production of titanium sponge. It is jointly invested and established by our firm and Wanji Holding Group Company.

Shuangrui Wanji Titanium Industry is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, the ancient capital of the thirteen dynasties. It was established in 2005. It covers an area of 632 acres and has 630 employees. The first-phase production capacity is 10,000 tons. The second-phase project is currently under construction. Increase the production capacity by 20,000 tons per year. The second phase of the project adopts independent research and development design, draws on the most advanced international technology, absorbs all the improvement items in the first phase, and the degree of automation exceeds the most advanced level in the world. By then, the total production capacity will reach an annual output of 30,000 tons, and the output will be stable. First in China, top three in the world, production capacity and technical level rank among the forefront of the world; Domestic Titanium Association comprehensively assessed that the technology, quality, cost, and scale of the Shuangruiwanji titanium industry of our institute are in an absolute leading position in the country.

The Quality Management Department of Shuangrui Wanji Titanium Industry has introduced advanced inspection equipment such as American Reco, and conducts 100% inspection on each batch of products. It has passed the ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001, and ISO18001 system certifications of the US NSF Certification Center, and has passed China's safety production standardization. Second-level enterprise acceptance, system operation is healthy and stable; in the production process, through the use of 24 major node control, comprehensive abnormal reporting mechanism and other process methods, the on-site process is controlled.

Shuangrui Wanji Titanium Industry launched the second generation of sponge titanium in 2016. The main positioning is: 1. Ultra-low C, H, O, N gap elements; 2. Fully controlled detection of 31 impurity elements, and the whole process can be traced; 3. The porosity is well controlled, and the barrel density can reach ≤1.4g/cm3; 4. The packaging is evacuated and filled with pure argon (99.9999%) for protection; 5. Large batches are supplied, and the product consistency is good.
